- Stock availability is not guaranteed
If you notice an error in product information, please contact us immediately so we can correct it. We are not responsible for typographical errors or pricing mistakes, and we reserve the right to cancel orders with obvious pricing errors.
3. Orders & Purchasing
When you place an order on LulaBela.com:
- You are offering to purchase products at the displayed price
- LulaBela reserves the right to accept or reject any order
- Order confirmation does not guarantee availability or shipment
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
- All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy
- Prices are displayed in KES (Kenya Shillings) or as specified at checkout
- Payment must be completed before order processing
We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.
4. Payment & Billing
By providing payment information, you represent that:
- You are the authorized cardholder or account owner
- Payment details are accurate and current
- You authorize LulaBela to charge your account for orders placed
- You are responsible for any disputes with your payment provider
We accept multiple payment methods including M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed securely. Billing inquiries should be directed to Hello@LulaBela.com within 30 days of the charge.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Details:
- Orders within Nairobi: 2–3 business days
- Orders within Kenya: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 7–14 business days
Shipping is at your cost unless stated otherwise. LulaBela is not responsible for delays caused by postal/courier services, damage caused by shipping carriers, or lost/stolen packages once marked delivered.
International shipments may incur customs duties and taxes, which are your responsibility. Tracking information is provided via email. If your package does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our Return Policy:
- Items may be returned within 2 days of purchase for within kenya and 7 Days Outside Kenya
- Products must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Used, damaged, or washed items cannot be returned
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
- Return shipping is at customer expense (unless item is defective)
Exceptions: Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned. Customized or special order items are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, email Hello@LulaBela.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will provide return shipping details.
